HOLDING IN COMPANY
In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company received notification on 29 May,
from Prop Trading & Investments Ltd that on 23 May they had sold 666,667 ordinary shares in the company. Prop Trading and Investments Ltd's
interest in the Company is now 4,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company (with an equal amount of voting rights), representing approximately
7.891 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
On 29 May 2008, the Company was also notified that Neil Mehta had bought 666,667 ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Mehta's holding is
now 5,441,667 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 10.74 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The issued share capital of the Company is 50,666,666 ordinary shares of 0.125p each.
