("HMS" or the "Company") 
Directors' and Significant Shareholdings 
On 21 May 2009, the Company confirmed that following the passing of the 
resolutions at the general meeting held on 21 May 2009, there will be 92,084,666 
ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in issue (the "Issued Share Capital") and 
not 107,084,666 as previously stated in the circular posted to shareholders on 
28 April 2009 (the "Circular"). 
As a result of the lower number of shares in issued, and so far as the Company 
is aware and subject to any new notifications received, the revised interests of 
the Directors and significant shareholders are set out in the two tables below.
