RNS Number : 0225G Highway Insurance Group PLC 16 October 2008 16 October 2008 Highway Insurance Group Plc ("Highway") Board Changes Following the acquisition of Highway by Liverpool Victoria Insurance Company Limited, Mike Rogers, Keith Abercromby, Phil Bunker, Stephen Castle, Steven Daniels, John O'Roarke and Richard Rowney have been appointed to the Board of Highway as executive directors with effect from 15 October 2008. They will also join the boards of Highway Insurance Company Limited ("HiCo") and Hero Insurance Services Limited ("Hero"). Mike Rogers has been appointed Chairman and John O'Roarke has been appointed Chief Executive, respectively, of Highway, HiCo and Hero. Non-executive directors, Richard Gamble, Peter Salsbury, David Barker, Ian Campbell and Judy Kellie have stepped down from the boards of HiCo and Hero with immediate effect and will leave the Board of Highway on 6 November 2008. There are no matters to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13R of the UK Listing Authority listing rules in relation to Mike Rogers, Keith Abercromby, Phil Bunker, Stephen Castle, Steven Daniels, John O'Roarke and Richard Rowney.
