The Company announces that, at the General Meeting held today, the Proposed Restructuring and other Proposals, as set out in the circular sent to shareholders on 1 October 2009, were not approved by shareholders.

Accordingly, the Board is considering alternative ways to safeguard the operations of the Company and expects to make a further announcement shortly
