according to lse:
Paul Bell, with 27% of the company has voted NO to the deal. The deal can only go through with 75% of the vote including the delisting. Therefore, delisting is not going to happen yet or in the near future as long as Bell is a shareholder as he said in an article.

So what is the prognosis? Will the company survive, adn share price recover? Or can we kiss good bye to our money?

There is no excuse for failure these days. says the above poster

Well failure is just about every where it has a knock on effect, the building trade is globally depressed so why not this company it at least is seeking an active solution to bring in fresh finance via its banking consortium ,i think the chairman has spelled it out quite clear what the alternative will be should the proposals not be voted for and allow a complete financial restructuring, to occur so a vote of confidence for a turn around seems to be the only way forward ,as when this credit crunch bottoms out which some pundits have predicted it has ,this company will recover exponentially year on year with all the shareholders living happily ever after

Vote yes to all the proposals there,s no other way folks

There is no excuse for failing to sell your family's shares, either.

Agree with the sentiment expressed here. Family have held shares in this company for 3 generations. The proposed Resolutions should all be rejected outright and the Company allowed to go into Administration. It will teach the so called management a lesson or two. There is no excuse for failure these days.
