10/9/2009 11:33 | Looks like we will have news this week of rights issue or maybe a takeover from T.P. I am glad management have waited until now as it would have been impossible a few months ago to even contemplate a RI. | wskill
13/8/2009 11:09 | Is this dog awakening or dead cat bounce? | rottweiler01
07/7/2009 10:13 | Good example STY? Surely now they are fully refinanced the only way is up for them? | mike_f

07/7/2009 09:59 | Lets assume they go for fund raising of say £30M , probably at 2.5pence per share ...thats massive dillution! | jotoha2
07/7/2009 09:58 | At present share price level, the company has a MC of about £3M and debts of £50M. You can work out for yourself what refinancing is required. It will be anything these directors think they can get away with. They are at this very moment running around the city sounding out their investors as to what may be available to them. The trading statement is talking about "material dilution". If they offer a 1:1 basis, that will only bring in a small amount of money. If they ask for 10 new shares for every one in issue, it might go some way to satisfy the banks. I do not want to know. I have sold out at a massive loss this morning. There is no benefit holding shares in this company. Mind, the banks may ask for heads to roll! | a1samu
07/7/2009 09:23 | a1samu, how massive you talking? 3,4,5-1? Surely they can't dilute the share price that dramatically with the share price only on 3.69p atm! If they do i would like to think that it would be at a half decent price as well! | mike_f
07/7/2009 07:48 | It looks like a massive rights issue is in the offing, as suggested by one of the paragraphs of the trading statement published today. Much will be forthcoming by the 30 September 2009 deadline imposed by the banks. Work in establishing an appropriate long term capital structure for the Group is proceeding to plan and the Group is currently reviewing a number of options, the outcome of which could result in a material dilution for existing holders of equity. In parallel to this work the triennial actuarial valuation of the UK final salary plan has been brought forward and is currently underway. | a1samu
03/7/2009 11:46 | Is there a rights issue still to come on these or not now? Think these have great potential as soon as the market starts to move just wondering what the best time to get in is, thanks in advance. | mike_f

17/4/2009 09:52 | Looks like time to BUY. | hvs
23/2/2009 08:41 | At first glance appears to be due to the financing news, but although not an expert on financing, the conditions appear to me tough. It wouldn't surprise me if the price falls back in the short term. Anyone wanting to take a punt should be looking 2-3 years forward. Keep an eye on that guy who was building up a stake in the company and several other bombed out companies to see whether he makes any further purchases. | morro |
