   The Board of Hazel Renewable Energy VCT2 plc is pleased to announce the 
appointment of Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited as the Company's corporate 
broker with immediate effect. 
 
   The Board further announces that, following the publication of the 
Company's Annual Report in January 2016, it intends to adopt a policy of 
buying in its own shares that become available in the market at a 
discount of approximately 5% to the latest published net asset value per 
share (subject to liquidity and regulatory constraints).
