Trading team appointed ahead of market making starting in 2010 
 
 
Hanson Westhouse Holdings plc (AIM:HWH), the integrated corporate finance and 
broking house focusing on small and mid-cap companies, announces that today it 
has appointed Simon Doyle as Director of Market Making as part of its 
strategy to commence market making in the first half of 2010. 
 
 
Simon is a highly experienced market trader who has worked in the City since 
1978, initially with Wedd Durlacher Mordaunt and most recently establishing 
market making desks at Altium Capital in 1998 and Seymour Pierce in 2005. 
Initially Simon will be establishing the appropriate platform and team for 
market making whilst an application is made to the regulatory authorities. 
 
 
The Company also announces the appointment of Adrian Beatty, an experienced 
Sales Trader. Adrian has previously held positions at Teather & Greenwood and 
Hichens Harrison and was a Proprietary Trader at Straumur. 
 
 
As well as strengthening its trading team, the Company has also added to its 
corporate finance division through the appointment of Petre Norton. Petre is a 
graduate of Edinburgh University and has been working as a solicitor with K&L 
Gates where he advised on a number of cross border corporate transactions.
