Hanson Westhouse Holdings plc (AIM:HWH), the integrated corporate finance and 
broking house focusing on small and mid-cap companies, was notified yesterday 
that Tom Price, who will be joining the Company as a corporate finance director 
in November, has acquired 416,666 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, 
at a price of 60p per share, resulting in his interest in the Company increasing 
to a total of 466,666 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.1% of the 
Company's issued share capital.
