Hanson Westhouse Holdings plc (AIM:HWH), the integrated corporate finance and 
broking house focusing on small and mid-cap companies, announces the following 
dealings in the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") by directors of 
the Company: 
 
 
Jonathan Azis, Finance Director, has today acquired 16,666 Ordinary Shares at a 
price of 60p per share. Following this acquisition, Mr Azis has an interest in 
117,501 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.03% of the Company's issued share 
capital. 
 
 
William Staple, Chief Executive, has today acquired 48,296 Ordinary Shares at a 
price of 60p per share. Following this acquisition, Mr Staple has an interest in 
999,141 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.72% of the Company's issued share 
capital.
