Change of Shareholding and Change of Name 
 
 
Hanson Westhouse Holdings plc (AIM:HWH), the integrated corporate finance and 
broking house focusing on small and mid-cap companies, announces that it has 
today arranged the placing of the Hon. Robert Hanson's entire holding of 
2,248,293 ordinary shares in the Company, amounting to 19.62% of the Company's 
issued share capital. These shares have been acquired by certain institutional 
and individual investors, including a number of the Company's directors and 
employees. Accordingly, the Hon. Robert Hanson no longer has a notifiable 
interest in the Company. 
 
 
As stated in the Company's interim results released on 29 September 2009, it is 
proposed that the name of the Company be changed to Westhouse Holdings plc and a 
notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to effect the 
change will be posted to shareholders shortly.
