Cannot argue with any of the above Evaluate. I hold enough WCC and CHNS already, but added to MUBL on the dip.

MUBL: PE under 4, net cash, Yield near 4% and promised to be grown, new businesses for 2010 not yet in the price.

Also added to my Harvey Nash (HVN) which I think very undervalued, not just a recruiter and with superb prospects on economic recovery (some signs of recruiting upturn already appearing). About 7% yield covered nearly twice.

clancracken,

A few to ponder - tons of info on each board if you trawl.

WCC - growing like topsy, about to list out East where comparable companies trade on a MUCH higer multiple. I'll be surprised if the don't double in the next 12 months.

CHNS - great balance sheet, rapidly growing business in practically for free - with interesting opportunities in green areas too - limited downside & also likley to double next year IMHO.

MUBL - distributor - growing quickly; has half of share price covered by net tangible assets; miniscule PER.

Deciding on re-investment is tricky :

Any Gems of ideas of niche speciality companies like Hallin ? Any thoughts.

Meantime UK plc has it's problems nasty deficits and need to raise taxes cut
spending. CGT could be a victim in 2010 along with a lot else .

All makes an interesting can of worms to explore.

Have a list of 50 possibles to reduce to 10 probables.

A long and hopefully rewarding weekend

Any thoughts ?

All the best to everyone on the Board.

Well done to holders here who have shown more patience then me and have been well rewarded.

I sold my holding in July at breakeven, and have hope for similar results in some undervalued stocks that I now hold namely nbi.

GI - As you say you're not the only poster in GNG and VLE, both of which have to date demonstrated that patience is required to hold.

News such as yesterdays reminds me not to be tempted into trading my holdings in such shares (albeit perhaps say up to 50% can be used in this manner), as it arrived so unexpectedly. Was really expecting to have to ride another year or so out of profit growth before any form of re-rating but this has saved that year even if the aggregate gain has been reduced.

As they say, onward and upward - good luck to all holders.

Good to see lots of familiar names here being rewarded for patience and value-seeking.

As GHF said, the funniest thing was looking at my monitor yesterday and suddenly seeing HMS up 100p - I was sure it must have been some stock market glitch!

Particular congrats to clancrackan - a gutsy, ballsy move.

Managed to do a good deal for quick settlement on half my holding leaving the other half at less than zero. Reinvestment well that will take a weekend of
research and some thought, if the old brain can still manage it, after the celebrations !.

Have a very good weekend everyone !.

Great Crawford isn't it!
I had £15K appx (at one stage almost double that)and have more than doubled my money, so very happy. What with CHNS surging my next two major targets are VLE and GNG. Guess I'm not alone here with these stocks.
GNG great results low PE huge potential for WCC-like share price surge. VLE most undervalued stock on the market just waiting some inevitable news of an aquisition or sale news and the share price will go motoring uphill!

As i said Patience patience! True value will always win out in the end.

"He that can have patience can have what he will." Benjamin Franklin.

I think this calls for a little or maybe large celebration. As a famous rugby player whom i can't recall said on retiring, "I think i'll have a quiet pint followed by 17 noisy ones".

A very welcome boost to my portfolio and now to build again slowly and find a home for the cash.

Well done to all who held through the past few years despite the recent financial storm and negativity from certain quarters.

Yeeha.
Just checking stocks and had to take a double take on the share price.
Then discovered RNS email alert.

Very happy with turn of events.
Always believed them undervalued but would never have expected a premium of this magnitude in current market.

Looks like Ill be topping up my other oil service plays which have been under pressure of late, NBI, VELO & KBC.

Well done all holders.

Regards,
A delighted GHF

Crawford,
I will hold for the cash payment in January 2010. There is 5% to be gained by holding for the cash and don't think the risk/reward makes sense to sell now.

Many of the posters here give some good suggestions on where to re-invest. Thanks for the leads, they are always welcome.
