The Board of Greatfleet announces that on 2 May 2008 they received formal
notification from CFS Independent Ltd that, as at 8 April 2008, CFS Independent
Ltd had a direct interest in 1,249,285 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the
Company representing 7.02% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.



These shares are beneficially held by CFS MFM Balanced Opportunities Fund OEIC,
CFS Nominees Limited and Andrew Harwood (Managing Director of CFS Independent
Ltd).
