("Greatfleet" or the "Company")
Further statement re protection
Further to the suspension of the Company's shares on 9 July 2008 pending clarification of the Company's financial position and the
announcement on 14 July 2008 stating that Greatfleet had entered into a period of protection pursuant to the provisions of the Insolvency
Rules 1986, the Board of Greatfleet announces that it has today been granted a further period of protection until 8th August 2008.
The Board continues to work with the Company's business recovery advisers in assessing how to protect the interests of creditors and
shareholders and considering the future of the Company. Several indications of interest have been received from parties interested in
acquiring parts of Greatfleet's business and these are being considered.
The Board will make further announcements as appropriate.
