                             Director shareholding



The Board of Greatfleet received formal notification yesterday that on 12
December 2007 Colin Gerstein, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased
128,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company at a price of 3.875 pence
per share.



Following this acquisition of shares, Colin Gerstein is now interested in
9,011,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company representing 9.82 per
cent. of the voting rights of the Company.
