                     Appointment of Group Managing Director



The Board of Greatfleet PLC (AIM: GFG), the specialist recruitment business,
announces the appointment of Greg McManus as Group Managing Director as of 25th
March 2008.


Greg has over 19 years of proven success within the recruitment sector at Board
level, across 3 leading international brands.


Greg joins from Huntress Search group after successfully restructuring the
Finance/Accountancy division in preparation for significant external investment.
Previous roles include Hays Plc and Michael Page International, both of which
gave him extensive experience in opening new branches, the turnaround of offices
and building new recruitment divisions.


His appointment comes at a significant time for Greatfleet plc having announced
the completion of a placing to raise £1.48 million on the 7th April 2008.


Colin Gerstein, Chief Executive Officer of Greatfleet, commented:

Greatfleet plc is the holding company for the leading recruitment brands
Longbridge Search & Selection and Qualitas People Solutions. The Company listed
on AIM in December 2005.


The group was formed in November 2005 following the reverse takeover of
Longbridge International plc by Fleet Search & Selection. A portfolio of brands

Partner and Associate level with operations in London, Frankfurt, Dublin and
Edinburgh.


The brand is retained by a number of key clients across the Legal, Banking and
IT sectors to short list and introduce individuals to fulfil senior
appointments. These activities are carried out on a guaranteed and exclusive
basis.


Qualitas People Solutions

Qualitas was formed in 2008 through the merger of Qualitas People Solutions
Ireland, Qualitas People Solutions UK, Fleet IT Limited, Law & Finance
International and Idoc.


The brand operates in Legal, Banking & Finance and Technology Recruitment to
Middle Management Level and has Operations in London, Leeds, Norwich, Dublin and
Edinburgh.


The brand provides contingent (success only) services to a wide range of Blue
Chip clients across Legal, Banking, IT and locally specialist sectors. The brand
relies upon advertised response and database derived candidate shortlists in
order to assist its clients in fulfilling vacant positions. Qualitas also
provides self employed, technically skilled sub-contractors across the sectors
on long-term contracts.


Greg McManus Biography

Having graduated in Australia with a Bachelor of Business Degree, Greg relocated
to London, where he joined Hays Plc within their Finance recruitment business
and was tasked with the opening of several offices and with the successful
turnaround of several others.


He joined Michael Page International as part of a small management team
responsible for the start-up of a national Finance recruitment brand. Across his
14 years within the group, Greg was responsible for opening offices and building
recruitment divisions across England within the professional services sector.


Latterly he successfully restructured the Finance/Accountancy division within
Huntress Search group as part of the senior management team, in preparation for
significant external investment.
