around 40-50 people their. im gunna buy next week. a lot of people said they were going to buy, but a few said they were waiting for a pull back.

thanks for that aim trader - hopefully will stir greater private investor interest in the stock, which I regard as significantly undervalued. Unfortunately, I won't be attending as I live in Aberdeen!

yes - topped up with further 10k an hour ago after reading the report in detail and taking into account the trading statement from Michael Page earlier in the week which shows just how buoyant these markets are. I'm sure this one will be significantly rerated in due course so happy to patiently wait.

Got annual report in post today and I like 2 statements made by the board which were not in the RNS. Under the "Business Review" section Nigel Grant states that the recent placing "was significantly oversubscribed..." and also "for 2007 the Group is well positioned to benefit from a solid infrastructure and to enjoy a full year's trading in all areas with no significant legacy issues remaining. The management expects profits to increase significantly".

gardenboy - there is an updated 12 page research note from equity development on the greatfleet website already - going for £2.335m pretax this year and EPS of 2.7p with a fair value price of 20p and scope for the share price to double over the next 2 years if earnings growth comes through as predicted and the shares attract an uprated p/e in the mid teens as all their peers are already rated on - perhaps you would like to put a link to the new note on the header

certainly was - you achieved something I rarely do - getting in at the bottom - it was only at that level for a week or so as I recall.

agreed gardenboy - happy to hold and may add another 10k today - profit before goodwill came in bang on forecasts at £1m and the same forecaster is going for £2.7m this year and EPS of 3.5p - company has reiterated trading is meeting those expectations with 3 months of the year gone. These forecasts are plausible, too, as 0.85p of the 0.9p EPS came in the 2nd half, showing how quickly this company is being turned round. No tax to pay on earnings for a few years either! Balance sheet strengthened significantly. Methinks your 20p forecast is way too conservative for this year - I would be hoping for 30-40p if forecasts are met and progress maintained.

the graph looks very promising gardenboy - we'll see if our long standing faith in the company is rewarded next thursday - have been toying with idea of adding more but my largest shareholding by far, mid states (MST)which was a cash shell but recently had a business reversed into it is also reporting and I am confident of great things from it next week so unsure quite what to do with my spare cash! May just top up with 20k in the morning. the placing shares may well dilute the EPS for this year a bit (I'm not sure)but on the positive side it takes a lot of the risk out of the business as the balance sheet wasn't the strongest (although now company is cashflow positive)so may make the company more attractive to investors with a resultant rerating in terms of prospective P/E. I suspect, though, that they are looking at a significant acquisition in 2007 and that this is the real reason for the fundraiding.
