24/5/2007 15:43 | around 40-50 people their. im gunna buy next week. a lot of people said they were going to buy, but a few said they were waiting for a pull back. | appassaw
23/5/2007 22:54 | maybe they are all arranging the finance first before buying - you can't always remortgage the house immediately lol | gardenboy
23/5/2007 16:04 | how many attended the presentation? - it hasn't exactly stimulated a huge increase in the daily volume of shares traded!! | callumross
23/5/2007 15:22 | thanks Aim Trader I attended last night. both companies looked interesting but greatflet seemed to have more going for it in the ner term | paved
23/5/2007 12:08 | Never heard of Greatfleet before last night. Pro active bunch put on a good show, and the management of GF impressed. I am looking to buy | appassaw
15/5/2007 08:59 | will be interesting to see if there is any buying after the agm and the proactive day - very quiet here normally | gardenboy
15/5/2007 08:53 | agm on thursday - wonder if we will get a trading statement? | callumross
09/5/2007 12:54 | thanks for that aim trader - hopefully will stir greater private investor interest in the stock, which I regard as significantly undervalued. Unfortunately, I won't be attending as I live in Aberdeen! | callumross
27/4/2007 19:09 | strange trades recently but price going up - would be nice to make a new high then 20p beckons imo | gardenboy
13/4/2007 12:05 | yes - topped up with further 10k an hour ago after reading the report in detail and taking into account the trading statement from Michael Page earlier in the week which shows just how buoyant these markets are. I'm sure this one will be significantly rerated in due course so happy to patiently wait. | callumross
12/4/2007 18:20 | callum, all sounds very promising - happy to keep holding | gardenboy
12/4/2007 16:38 | Got annual report in post today and I like 2 statements made by the board which were not in the RNS. Under the "Business Review" section Nigel Grant states that the recent placing "was significantly oversubscribed..." and also "for 2007 the Group is well positioned to benefit from a solid infrastructure and to enjoy a full year's trading in all areas with no significant legacy issues remaining. The management expects profits to increase significantly". | callumross
29/3/2007 18:03 | callum, thanks for pointing that out - link now in header, will read tonight. regards, gb | gardenboy
29/3/2007 12:12 | gardenboy - there is an updated 12 page research note from equity development on the greatfleet website already - going for £2.335m pretax this year and EPS of 2.7p with a fair value price of 20p and scope for the share price to double over the next 2 years if earnings growth comes through as predicted and the shares attract an uprated p/e in the mid teens as all their peers are already rated on - perhaps you would like to put a link to the new note on the header | callumross
29/3/2007 09:23 | certainly was - you achieved something I rarely do - getting in at the bottom - it was only at that level for a week or so as I recall. | callumross
29/3/2007 09:18 | callum, thanks for your comments - looks like buying those shares at 7-8p nearly a year ago was a good move :~) | gardenboy
29/3/2007 09:11 | agreed gardenboy - happy to hold and may add another 10k today - profit before goodwill came in bang on forecasts at £1m and the same forecaster is going for £2.7m this year and EPS of 3.5p - company has reiterated trading is meeting those expectations with 3 months of the year gone. These forecasts are plausible, too, as 0.85p of the 0.9p EPS came in the 2nd half, showing how quickly this company is being turned round. No tax to pay on earnings for a few years either! Balance sheet strengthened significantly. Methinks your 20p forecast is way too conservative for this year - I would be hoping for 30-40p if forecasts are met and progress maintained. | callumross
29/3/2007 08:23 | Excellent results - on the way to 20p now surely | gardenboy
27/3/2007 08:43 | Liontrust increasing their stake by a further 1% | gardenboy
22/3/2007 22:28 | the graph looks very promising gardenboy - we'll see if our long standing faith in the company is rewarded next thursday - have been toying with idea of adding more but my largest shareholding by far, mid states (MST)which was a cash shell but recently had a business reversed into it is also reporting and I am confident of great things from it next week so unsure quite what to do with my spare cash! May just top up with 20k in the morning. the placing shares may well dilute the EPS for this year a bit (I'm not sure)but on the positive side it takes a lot of the risk out of the business as the balance sheet wasn't the strongest (although now company is cashflow positive)so may make the company more attractive to investors with a resultant rerating in terms of prospective P/E. I suspect, though, that they are looking at a significant acquisition in 2007 and that this is the real reason for the fundraiding. | callumross
22/3/2007 19:43 | big volume today, | gardenboy |
