Cancellation of Admission

    Gold Frost Limited                               

                        ("Gold Frost" or the "Company")                        

        Cancellation of Admission of Ordinary Shares to Trading on AIM         

At the Special General Meeting of the Company held today, the resolution to
cancel the Company's admission to AIM was duly passed by the requisite
majority. Accordingly, cancellation of the Company's AIM admission will take
effect at 7.00 a.m. on 28 May 2008.

The Company also announces that it has today received confirmation from G.
Willi Food-International Limited ("G. Willi"), the parent company of and 89.9%
shareholder in Gold Frost, that G. Willi is contemplating the possible offer to
buy all of the shares in the Company that it does not already own.
