Approval of change of control of GlobeOp Markets Limited

SS&C Technologies Holdings Europe S.a r.l. ("Bidco") announces that it and any relevant affiliate have received formal approval from the Financial Services Authority (the "FSA") to the change of control of GlobeOp Markets Limited. Accordingly, the specific condition to Bidco's recommended cash offer for GlobeOp Financial Services S.A. (the "Offer") relating to approval by the FSA has now been satisfied.

The Offer remains subject to the terms and conditions set out in the offer document dated 26 March 2012 (the "Offer Document") (including with respect to unconditional regulatory clearance).
