Amendment to Credit Agreement

As required by Rule 26.1 of the Takeover Code, certain documents have been made available on SS&C's website (at www.ssctech.com) in connection with the recommended cash offer by Bidco for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of GlobeOp. Certain amendments have been made to the Credit Agreement previously disclosed on SS&C's website. As a result, an amended copy of the Credit Agreement and the First Amendment will be made available on SS&C's website (at www.ssctech.com).
