Directorate change
The Directors of the Company were advised on Thursday 13 April 2017 by the Chairman, Mr Talmai Morgan, that he will retire from the Board of the Company at the 2017 Annual General Meeting and will not be seeking re-election. Mr Morgan has served as a Director since the Company's incorporation in 2006 and this decision has been made to ensure the Company continues to adhere to high standards of corporate governance.
Mr Norman Crighton will take over as Chairman at the Annual General Meeting and a replacement Director is being sought. Further details will be announced in due course.
