Change of Portfolio Manager

Chris Hawkins has informed the Directors of the Company that he has tendered his resignation from Gottex Asset Management (UK) Ltd ("Gottex"), the Company's investment advisor. Amy Lai, who heads up Gottex's illiquid investments team, will take over as portfolio manager. Amy is based in New York and has considerable experience in working out of hedge fund positions where liquidity is an issue. Her knowledge and experience was a component of the Company's decision to appoint Gottex in 2013. She has been involved with the Company's portfolio since then, and has a good knowledge of the key holdings. She has met with the managers of three of the top four holdings in the portfolio in the last month, and attended a related meeting regarding the fourth.

The timing of Mr Hawkins' departure from Gottex is to be determined. It will be over the summer, once a smooth transition to Ms Lai is assured.
