Grant of Options

The Company announces that it has granted a total of 10,000,000 options over ordinary shares of no par value (the "Options") to Andrew Whelan, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, Emma Stubbs, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company and Aaron Le Cornu, Chief Operating Officer.

The Options have been granted under a new Long Term Incentive Scheme which was approved by shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting on 10 May 2017. The Options will vest in three equal traches on the first, second and third anniversaries of the grant, with exercise prices of 25p, 30p and 35p, respectively. The Options are not subject to performance conditions.
