Board Changes

Global Lock, the provider of security solutions to retailer stores and other organisations in P.R. China, announces a number of new appointments to its board.

Commenting on the changes,Mr. Moxiang LI, Chairman, said: "We are extremely pleased to be able to appoint a number of talented and capable individuals in order to strengthen our board."

Hua Liang JIANG (known as Jim) -Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mr. Jiang graduated from Nanjing University Economy Management Department in 1986 and is a qualified accountant in the PRC with more than 20 years working experience in accounting and financial management.

Mr. Jiang joined the Company in May 2011 as a financial controller, having previously worked for a number of listed companies, including as CFO from 2006 to 2011 of Shenzhen Keybridge Communication Co., Ltd (listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Small Plates). Prior to that Mr. Jiang was the Manager of the accounting department of Shenzhen TYDIC Information Technology Co., Ltd. (listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM) (2001-2006), General Manager of the accounting and settlement department of Shenzhen China International Futures Co., Ltd(listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board) (1997-2001) and a financial analyst for Shenzhen Shahe Industry Co., Ltd. (listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board) (1993-1997).

Jianbin WANG ( known as George) - Chief Operation Officer (COO)

Mr. Wang joined Global Lock as the Group's Nationwide Operation Centre Director in 2007, having been responsible for the daily operation and management of the Group's nationwide branches.

Mr. Wang also assisted the CEO with the overall management, market development, logistics procurement and project management (both before and post-establishment) of the services of the Group's branches. From 2001-2002, Mr. Wang was the General Manager of Hunan Lengshuijiang Anda Transport Company Limited. During 2002-2004 he was the president of Hunan Lengshuijiang Jiuhe Vehicle Sales Trading Company, from 2004-2006 he was the president of Hunan Luodi Jiuhe Intermediary Services company and between 2006-2007 he was General Manager of Hunan Lengshuijiang Heli Trading Company.

Mr. Wang graduated from the Henan Institute of Calligraphy Research and Training with a diploma.

You FENG (known as Frank) -Chief Human Resources Officer (HRO)

Mr. Feng has over 15 years experience in business following his graduation from Wuhan University, Hubei, China with a degree in Law.

Mr. Feng joined Global Lock on May 2012, having previously worked for two years for Bauhinia Group Kang Meishengshi Technology Development Co., Ltd. as Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Business Department. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2009, Mr. Feng. worked for Guangdong Multi-Biotechnology (International) Co., Ltd. as Deputy General Manager, having previously worked for Autumn Harvest Industrial Co., Ltd. And No. 1 China State Construction Engineering Bureau Branch No. 4. Mr. Feng was self-employed between 2000 and 2004.

Xiaohua ZHANG (known as Robert) -Chief Investor Relations Officer (CIRO)

Mr. Zhang joined Global Lock in 2010 as the Group's Business Development Manager and with responsibility for the Group's international business affairsand investor relations.

Mr. Zhang has almost 30 years' domestic and international experience in large-scale enterprises and previously worked as the Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Finance Group - CM Houlder (Far East) Insurance Broker Co., Ltd. as a PRC qualified consultant and has many years experience in financial services, insurance procurement, claims and risk sheltering skills. From 2004-2006 he worked for China Group, and participated in an international logistics and marine system project of e-lOGMAR-M which was funded by EC. Mr. Zhang has held a number of senior positions with both PRC and also with overseas financial and IT enterprises .

Mr. Zhang graduated with a degree in English from Xi'an Foreign Languages University.
