   Following the extraordinary general meeting of the Company in connection 
with the proposed bonus issue of Subscription Shares, which was held 
earlier today, the Company announces that the special resolution put to 
Shareholders (the "Resolution") was passed on a show of hands.  Proxy 
votes in favour of the Resolution were 100 per cent. of the votes cast 
at the EGM.
