Paragraph three of the original announcement incorrectly referred to Mr Wilkinson's shareholding increasing to 1.46%; this is now corrected to refer to Mr Lewis.

Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that today:

Chief Executive Officer, Brian Wilkinson, exercised nil-cost options to acquire 7,450 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company, such options having previously vested under the Company's 2011 Value Creation Plan ("VCP"). Mr Wilkinson's total interest in the Company increases to 183,701 shares being 0.58% of the Company's issued share capital;

Chief Operating Officer, Keith Lewis, exercised nil-cost options to acquire 73,286 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company, such options having previously vested under the Company's 2011 Value Creation Plan ("VCP"). Mr Lewis' total interest in the Company increases to 465,169 shares being 1.46% of the Company's issued share capital;
