Directorate change and appointment of Investment Manager

At the General Meeting of the Company held on 26 March 2008, the Shareholders
approved the appointment of Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited as investment
manager. The appointment of Aberdeen Asset Managers will be effective from 31
March 2008, as will the appointment of Aberdeen Asset Management PLC as Company
Secretary.


Following the appointment of Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited as the Company's
investment manager and as indicated in the circular dated 28 February 2008,
Graham Woolfman resigned today as a non-executive director.


The directors are pleased to announce that Bill Nixon has joined the board as a
non-executive director with immediate effect.


Bill is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and obtained a Master of
Business Administration degree from Strathclyde University in 1996. He is head
of the Growth Capital team at Aberdeen Asset Management Private Equity and a
member of its executive management committee and is therefore not independent of
the new investment manager. Before joining Aberdeen in 1999, he was head of the
private equity business at Clydesdale Bank plc, a subsidiary of National
Australia Bank.


Bill is a non- executive director of Talisman First Venture Capital Trust PLC
and is an alternate director for Martin Gilbert on the boards of Aberdeen Growth
Opportunities VCT PLC, Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2 PLC and Aberdeen
Growth VCT I PLC.


No other matters require to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of
Bill's appointment.
