Correction - Annual Report 2013

It has come to the attention of Fujitsu Limited that there is a typographical error on page 136 of the Annual Report 2013 published on July 24, 2013.

Net deferred tax assets at March 31, 2013 are incorrectly stated as 234,026 million yen and 2,489,638 thousand U.S. dollars in the upper table shown on page 136 of the Annual Report 2013. The correct amounts for Net deferred tax assets at March 31, 2013 are 115,202 million yen and 1,225,553 thousand U.S. dollars. Therefore, the correct table is as follows:
