 Issue of new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the exercise of Options and Warrants


The Board of the Company today announces that, following the exercise of Options
and Warrants, it has made an application for 151,085,002 new Ordinary Shares to
be admitted to trading on AIM.  The 151,085,002 new Ordinary Shares consist of
78,665,002 new Option Shares and 72,420,000 new Warrant Shares, as described in
the Circular to Shareholders dated 15 March 2008.

The new Ordinary Shares will, rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares
in issue. Admission of the new Ordinary Shares to AIM is expected to become
effective at 8.00 am on 3 April 2008.
