Further to the announcement earlier today, the Company has today made a market
purchase of 1,459,600,083 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 10.39
pence per Ordinary Share (the "tender price"). This follows the earlier
acquisition of such Ordinary Shares at the Tender Price by Collins Stewart
pursuant to the First Tender Offer. These Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.
