The Fund has no holdings that require disclosure under UKLA Listing Rule 21.20
(l) (i), such that, having written off its remaining holdings, it is not
invested in other UK listed investment companies/trusts which themselves have no
stated investment policy to prevent investment in other investment companies/
trusts in excess of 15% of their gross assets.
