flotogo & linney3 How are you holding proof of share ownership? I was expecting certification, but nothing yet. The forum website has disappeared.

Kept my holding as well - Tidemark retaining theirs was the key reason - They and the remaining holders have near 30% which will make life difficult for the majority shareholder and I can see (hopefully) a much higher offer in the future for the remaining shares or indeed a counter offer by Tidemark Good luck all remaining holders - they won the battle but the war has yet to be decided!

Be interested to hear what other long term holders plan to do here. Noting that Tidemark (who hold 27.14 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company) have already turned it down, I am torn between the ultra risky approach of keeping mine as is (albeit non listed) or accepting and buying Philex (already up some 30% by the way since the offer opened). Thus far the latter option is preferred as Philex will end up with the lions share come what may and have other producing assets in the region (and of course are tradeable!). Anyone else scratching their heads?

So Muggins is gone - looks like involuntarily too. Still, he had a good run, and made a few quid with options too...

I wouldn't buy that 60k if I was you my previous experience of holding shares in delisted companies is after a couple of years you get shafted by the major shareholders and end up with peanuts so please don't buy the shares.

makday 91 - yep an extremely poor effort indeed! Posting same rubbish on lse thread word for word. I might be caught with 40k shares at 25p with a possible down side of 2k - but I was actually going back in today for the remaining 60k I failed to get and hate seeing pumpers posting rubbish - it was indeed a very poor ramping attempt! - and like all of their sort they vanish when bad news is sprung on the market That said I may just buy the remaining 60k on Monday if the price remains this low - even delisted stock have a value and I think the major shareholder may be guilty of a dominant position here - additionally the word "possible" is used in the rns - not a done deal by any stretch of the imagination and other large stakeholders will react to a low ball offer

Absolute shocker. What on earth do they mean "explored other options" would one not have been looking to place the company on the market??? Plenty of oilers with the money to be patient who would give their right arms to be sitting on reserves such as these. They are gift wrapping this to Felix. At 20p I'll be happy to retain an interest (if I can) even in a de-listed entity.
