Nice rise on Friday and a buy after the bell.

Number of completed sales has risen to 21 with 23 under offer as per Foxtons websire.

The Foxtons website gas been updated.

There has been a release of a further 14 for marketing and the actual number sold has risen to 17 with 24 under offer.

Looks like the weak holders have taken their profits.

Loking for a move above the recent high.

The Norwich House flats seem to be selling well so hopefully a goodish profit to show from that thransaction.

I agree the price got too high too soon. Its falling back daily now trying to find a level. Loads going on here and a bright future too...I sold 80% of my shares though at about 8.3p average. Will buy them all back I am sure as I like FRM but a 10 bagger......

So these guys are paying themselves to complete the development of a property they are already both party too. Their own company then keeps 60% of the profit anyway and this company gets 40% profit, which they then benefit from increased share price

mylands - the loan looks like a reasonable bit of business (subject to exactly what the 40% figure after all costs is) but as a related party transaction it's more a one off than anything else. I still struggle to see the valuation here and certainly suspicious of the preceding large share price rise. I'm still struggling to find info on the two recipient companies which also makes me concerned.

Not £35 million, but £20 million when profits reach a couple of million. Then an share price of 10p is realistic.

always possible but nothing in the last 5 years chart history really suggests that this has the capability to turn into a £65m mkt cap company?

I expected the share to fall as you rightly said it been going upwards for the past several months from 500% to 1000% up from the lowest price. But I expect another re-rated soon as this project worth over 30million pound and with 40% of net profit once all the reductions etc , still several millions of profit on a company mid cap so low. Hopefully we will see a 30p mark but I'm expecting at least with today news that the share will hit 12p by next week . Good little gem and a good company, moving the right direction.

Been a big supporter here but I can understand folk selling a few after such a huge rise. 500% or even 1000% for us longer term holders dont come along often.....

yes maybe a couple of million but enough to justify the large share price rise?
