Notice of General Meeting

The Directors of Fishing Republic announce that the Company is today posting a circular to shareholders containing a notice convening a general meeting of the Company (the "General Meeting") to be held at Vulcan Works, Chesterton Road, Eastwood, Rotherham, S65 1SU at 12.00 p.m. on 23 August 2016.

The General Meeting will consider resolutions to seek new authorities from shareholders to allot shares for general purposes and on a non-pre-emptive basis. The notice of General Meeting will be available on the Company's website at www.fishingrepublic.net.
