            Cancellation of trading on AIM approved by shareholders 
 
Akron, OH, 20 September 2010 - The Board of First Communications announces that 
at the General Meeting held today, the resolution proposed to approve the 
cancellation of admission to trading on AIM of the Company's ordinary shares was 
duly passed by more than 75 per cent. of the votes cast at the Meeting. 
 
Following this approval, trading in the Ordinary Shares on AIM will be cancelled 
from 7.00 a.m. on 30 September 2010. Further details are enclosed in the 
Company's circular dated 3 September 2010.
