Findel plc, the online value retail and education business, announces that on 26 January 2017, Ian Burke, Executive Chairman, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). On the same date, Philip Maudsley, Executive Director, sold 90,000 Ordinary Shares, to reimburse a tax liability that arose on a prior year exercise of options under the Group's Performance Share Plan.
