Distribution of Dividend

London, UK | 6 January, 2011: F.T.S. - Formula Telecom Solutions Ltd. (LSE: FTS), a global provider of billing, customer care and policy control solutions for communications and content service providers, today announces that the Board of Directors has decided to pay a dividend of 16p per share before withholding tax of 20% (net dividend of 12.8p). The ex-dividend date will be the 12th of January, 2011 and record date 14th of January, 2011. The payment date will be the 28th of January, 2011.
