Publication of Prospectus

Exova Group plc ("Exova" or the "Company") has today published a prospectus (the "Prospectus") in connection with the admission of the Company's ordinary shares ("Shares") to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc ("London Stock Exchange").

The Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority. Copies of the Prospectus are available free of charge during normal business hours from the registered office of the Company at 6 Coronet Way Centenary Park Eccles, Manchester M50 1RE and will shortly be made available on the website of the Company (www.exova.com/ipo).

The Prospectus has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk.
