EVRAZ plc was notified on 30 December 2016 by Mr Alexander Abramov, a director of EVRAZ plc, that on 29 December 2016 he sold 3 232 718 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, held indirectly, at the average day's price of 220.89 pence per share.
