    First Day of Dealings


    The Company is pleased to announce that, following the passing of all resolutions (including special resolution 6 authorising the change
of the Company's name to Evergreen Securities plc) at the General Meeting on 19 May 2008, the entire issued ordinary share capital of
Evergreen commenced dealings on AIM this morning under the ticker symbol EVER and the ISIN GB00B2QXYZ99.

    The Company has completed the acquisition of minority stakes in a number of companies primarily involved in the clean and renewable
energy and technology sectors. Further details of the acquisitions can be found in the Company's admission document which can be found on
the Company's website at www.esplc.com.

    The Company has also raised £416,000 (before expenses) through a placing of 396,190 ordinary shares at a placing price of £1.05 per
share.

    The issued ordinary share capital of the Company consists of 11,644,579 shares of 1.25p each and shareholders should use this number as
the denominator by which to determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company
under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
