Director/PDMR Shareholding and Issue of Equity

European Wealth Group Limited (AIM: EWG, EWGL), the integrated wealth management group, announces that on 5 December 2017, Simon Ray, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, exercised options in relation to 146,018 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5p per Ordinary Share. Mr Ray now holds 405,354 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.4 per cent. of the issued share capital.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 146,018 Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), and it is expected that Admission will occur on or around 6 December 2017. Following Admission Company will have 100,317,338 shares in issue. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company will be 100,317,338. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook.
