Posting of Letter to Shareholders
19 September 2012 - ENK PLC ("ENK" or the "Company") (AIM, ASX: ENK) announces that it has today posted a letter to Shareholders who have not accepted the cash offer from DMCI Holdings Inc. and D&A Income Limited (the "Letter") reiterating the Independent Director's recommendation that Shareholders accept the Offer before the closing date of 28 September 2012 (for Shareholders) or 26 September 2012 (for CDI holders).
The Letter restates the Independent Directors' view that they do not believe that it would be in the best interests of ENK Shareholders to remain in a minority equity position in the Company and that the delisting of ENK from AIM and the ASX will significantly reduce liquidity and the ability for shareholders to sell their shares.
Terms defined in the Offer Document have the same meanings in this announcement.
