09/3/2007 19:24 | Ive bought 200k this morning. Its always positive when directors are buying, especially directors who are involved in lots of different companys. They are obviously expecting a good year ahead. | boilerboy
09/3/2007 17:57 | baht - thanks for that. I've stubbornly held on in the belief that this would come good. A lot of trading today by the normal standards of this 'forgotten' stock. Fingers tightly crossed. | nigthepig
09/3/2007 16:41 | Well done EBJ perhaps more good news just around the corner. I'm out but not several members of the family & I would like to see this Co prosper even if it doesn't benefit me directly. Good luck all. | baht
09/3/2007 12:40 | even better .... now 1p on the bid .... and it's been in the advfn Top30 gainers board for three consequitive days .... | don muang
08/3/2007 11:55 | and like Tuesdays meeting must have contained some 'good' news - offer now back to 1p..... | don muang
08/3/2007 07:42 | and 'nice' that it's the directors (plural) that are buying.... | don muang
07/3/2007 12:50 | yep... not complaining either .... someones 'happily' paid .75p for half a milion shares late this morning.... | don muang
07/3/2007 12:43 | Don Muang - I don't have any info unfortunately, but whatever happened it hasnt done the share price any harm. Long may it continue. | nigthepig
07/3/2007 12:09 | Anyone out there have any info of the events at yesterday afternoons EGM? .... | don muang
21/2/2007 00:24 | I agree nig. Well done JF I have almost given up on this share. Still hold a few but had virtually written them off. Glad to hear that reports of their demise might be premature. I hope so because the original business plan sounded a good one and the Director I met was certainly genuinely enthusiastic about the co's prospects rather than in it for the salary. He even took a phone call from me whilst on holiday with his family in Europe. I wish them well and fellow shareholders. | baht
20/2/2007 19:25 | JFInvestor - good to read a fairly positive and researched view on here. I wont give up on my shares just yet!! | nigthepig
19/2/2007 21:56 | Clearly the share price performance here has been awful, but talking to the co. suggests that a lot of this reflects the situation until the end of September (i.e. the interims) rather than current trading, where momentum is now building. In the 12m leading to September EBJ spent £1m on chartering planes on the commercial market to cover incidence when two fractional owners both wanted a trip at the same time. Not only does EBJ now have a second plane of its own (delivered Aug '06 - just before the end of the period) but it has recently taken delivery of a plane it is managing for a third party owner that it will be able to use in lieu of a fleet aircraft when needed. In addition, the company seems to be getting good traction with the cards and have sold several in the last two weeks alone. It is close to filling another plane with fractional owners and we hope to hear something on this in the next 6-8 weeks. Given the disappointing performance so far, we need to see some evidence in the numbers that trading has picked up. Personally, I still think I'll wait until some substantive good news until getting some more, but imo there is more life in this co, than the share price suggests. | jfinvestor
19/2/2007 18:29 | encarter - must admit I didnt notice until today. Glad I only have a small amount of shares here. Just about given up on them. | nigthepig

24/12/2006 11:07 | Merry Christmas everyone. | boite mobile
22/12/2006 18:01 | Not exactly the greatest interims ever released. !!!At least it included this statement:"The success of this card sale initiative has meant that the Group is now broadly cash flow neutral." | don muang
16/10/2006 10:15 | There are preset requirements for a statutory RNS. Other details can be via a Non-Statutory RNS's. I doubt whether EBJ have trangressed any rules & regs on this. For a company of this small capitalisation thet's just starting out then I'd be surprised if they proceeded with many Non-Statutory RNS's. I would assume PI's holding shares in EBJ can see it's potential and therefore can show suitable patience. Your post 311 seems to be deliberately deramping the company and could be considered libelous by the directors !!! Just my 2p's worth. | don muang
16/10/2006 10:02 | D.M.I wanted to let directors know that there are shareholders ,other than themselves, who need to be kept informed, and not left to fester. However we now have a good website and did you see the advert in yesterdays sunday times, 'in gear' section, bottom page 10. Very good and most encouraging, lets hope there is more news to come. | vuelands |
