Issue of Options and Settlement
Environ Group, the AIM quoted support services and fire prevention specialists, announces that on 9 March 2011, it entered into a settlement agreement with Neil McGowan and Rangedetail Limited in respect of amounts payable to Mr McGowan following the termination of his appointment as a non-executive director of the Company (details of which were announced on 2 February 2010). This agreement provides for, inter alia, (i) the payment of, in aggregate, GBP7,800 (net of VAT at 17.5%) to Mr McGowan and (ii) the granting to Mr McGowan, within 28 business days of the agreement, of an option to subscribe for 400,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share, exercisable up to and including 30 April 2014.
