Intention to Appoint Administrator

The Board announces that it has today filed at court a notice of intention to appoint an administrator.
As previously announced, the Board has been reviewing its options in order to minimise the financial uncertainty surrounding the Company. As such the Board has filed a notice of intention to appoint Stephen Cork and Joanne Milner of Cork Gully LLP as administrators of the Company to assist the directors in this regard and to protect the interests of creditors.
