  Environ Group Continues to Expand its Client Base and Diversify Operations 
 
Environ Group (formerly Southern Bear plc), the AIM quoted support services and 
fire prevention specialists, is pleased to announce that BGC Limited ("BGC"), 
its wholly owned subsidiary, has successfully won a substantial contract with 
Macclesfield based, Cheshire Peaks and Plains Housing Trust ("CPPHT"). The 
contract will commence immediately and will run until 31 March 2011 and has a 
budget of GBP1.3 million during that period. 
CPPHT is in the process of carrying out a major improvement programme of all of 
its properties, which will see CPPHT invest GBP43 million in improvements over 
the next four years. This will include new bathrooms and kitchens, as well as 
heating and electrical upgrades. 
BGC will carry out kitchen replacements, bathroom replacements, electrical 
upgrade works and replacement heating systems across all fuel types - to various 
properties under the control of Cheshire Peaks and Plains Housing Trust. 
Thiscontract further supports Environ Group's stated strategy of expanding and 
diversifying its client base.  The Directors also believe that CPPHT could offer 
the Group additional opportunities outside of the current agreement and the 
Directors will be monitoring these opportunities closely.
