Chief Executive to retire

Escher Group Holdings plc (AIM: ESCH, "Escher" or "the Group"), a world leading provider of outsourced, point of service software for use in the worldwide postal, retail and financial industries, has been notified by Liam Church, Chief Executive, that he will retire at the end of May 2018.

During the next few months, Liam will work with the Board to ensure an orderly handover to a replacement CEO.

Nick Winks, Chairman, commented:

"Liam has been a remarkable leader of Escher since the MBO he led in 2007.

"He will leave the business in a stronger position than it has ever been before, with strong recurring revenue streams underpinning its EBITDA and with no debt.

"On behalf of the Board and all employees at Escher, I would like to thank him for his contribution and wish him well for the future."

Liam Church, CEO, commented:

"After many years in the postal industry and over 10 years at the helm, it is now time for me to retire and focus on other interests. I have thoroughly enjoyed leading Escher and have formed many friendships, both within the company and across the postal industry.

"I am confident that the business will continue to develop in an industry that has seen growth with the emergence of ecommerce in recent years."
