Transaction in Own Shares
EPE Special Opportunities plc (the "Company") announces that, on 26 May 2017, it purchased a total of 82,700 shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 310.80 pence per share and, on 30 May 2017, it purchased a total of 4,763 Ordinary Shares at a weighted average price of 329.00 pence per share.
The purchased Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company in treasury. All Ordinary Shares previously held by Corvina Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, have been cancelled.
The number of Ordinary Shares in issue, not held by the Company in treasury, following the above and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 27,942,020 Ordinary Shares. The number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury following the above is 1,533,605 Ordinary Shares.
