Issue of Shares and Total Voting Rights
Energy XXI announces that it has issued 483 common shares of US$0.005 each ("Shares") as a result of the vesting of employee restricted stock units (RSUs). The Company will make application for the 483 Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to become effective on 10 October 2011.
Following the Share issues, the Company has a total of 76,477,812 Shares in issue, excluding 256,353 treasury shares. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 76,477,812.
