Disclosure of Share Transaction by Director of Ecofin Limited

On 4 August, 2017, 267,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company were transferred at a price of 131.00p per share from a company that Mr Bernard Lambilliotte (a Director of the Investment Manager, Ecofin Limited) has an interest in, held via a trust, to Financiere Longtain, of which Mr Lambilliotte is a director and also holds an interest. This transfer was to effect an internal personal finance reorganisation.

As a result of the transfer, the aggregate holding in the company that Mr Lambilliotte is interested in (via the trust) is 423,103 Ordinary 1p Shares (representing 0.46% of the Company's issued share capital), and the aggregate holding of Financiere Longtain is 1,007,812 Ordinary 1p Shares (representing 1.10% of the Company's issued share capital).

As a consequence of this internal transfer, the aggregate number of Ordinary 1p Shares in the Company held by Mr Lambilliotte and the trusts and companies in which he has an interest remains unaltered at 3,771,697.
